Level up abilities depending on whichever legendary amulet you got for early upgrade eviscerate and kill mini-bosses/guardians until you get legendary amulet and upgrade from there.
Only use rerolls on amulet/trinket/ring choices prio is crit% and crit dmg% the rest is depending on how you feel HP for heroic runs and cooldown for normal runs.
